that's cheap!! here were paying like over a $1 a litre... and there's what about 5 litres per gallon... well something like that anyway!!!

There are about 3.8 litres in a US gallon. Still cheap!

not really our gas prices have doubled since at least 5 years... (go figure why) but at any rate it sucks when your car used to use like $20 to fill and now its $40!! oh well...

If you book travel thru Travelocity on Yahoo it says $500 something but when you get further into making your reservation it says that the prices have changed to about $234 from Houston to Belize City.

novascotianuts is Canadian. Unfortunately, for Homeland Security reasons, we have to book through to BZE on the same ticket i.e. we can't book, say, Toronto to Houston on one ticket and then Houston to BZE on another.

Last night on the news, they said expect gas prices to keep going down and may get to near $2.00 per gallon by end of year. If this happens, I am hoping that air fares will also go down. They also said gas is expected to go back up again before next Spring - the old supply and demand thing.

My flights are gonna be Edmonton - Seattle than i booked this separately from Seattle - Belize!

Filled up for $2.19 gal. yesterday, hoping for lower air fares soon!!
