used to be if it was wrapped and stamped usda inspected you could get it in with a tax. haven't tried lately. i would go see my butcher and have him wrap it special for the trip, put it into an ice chest and off i'd go. i'd have my butcher freeze the whole ice chest and got it right before getting onto the plane. no dry ice allowed on planes
