I don't know whether to take a bow or slink off into the corner. Anyway, I'm not sure if this thread has been hijacked or not, so just building on the butter knife with a BS theme, I'm sure someone deserves posthumous credit for that spark of ingenuity that lead to the invention of the electric knife.

Too much to list here, when you get your chart briefing from TMM they'll tell you about all of the good places to head for. Lagoon Caye is one of my favourite anchorages, Caye Caulker is worth an overnight stay, lots of great restaurants. Front side of St. Georges is nice and if you run up between the couple of little islands on the north side (in the dinghy) you'll find Miami Beach which is a vast expanse of white sand bottom 1' to 3' deep with decent waves for body surfing at times.
