This has been around for awhile, but it's still good New Chemical Element Discovered: Administratium
The heaviest element known to science was recently discovered by investigators at a major U.S. research university. The element, tentatively named administratium, has no protons or electrons and thus has an atomic number of 0. However, it does have a single neutron, 75 vice neutrons, and 111 assistant vice neutrons, thus giving it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by a force that involves the continuous exchange of meson-like particles called morons.
It is also surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.
Since it has no electrons, administratium is inert. However, it can be detected chemically as it impedes every reaction it comes in contact with. According to its discoverers, a minute amount of administratium has caused one reaction to take over four days to complete when it would have normally occurred in less than a second.
Administratium has a normal half-life of approximately three years, at which time it does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which assistant neutrons and assistant vice neutrons exchange places. Some studies have shown that the atomic mass actually increases after each such reorganization.
Research at other laboratories indicates that while administratium occurs naturally in the atmosphere, it tends to concentrate at certain points such as large corporations, universities and government agencies. It can usually be found in the newest, best appointed, and best maintained buildings.
Scientists point out that administratium is known to be toxic at any level of concentration, and can easily destroy any otherwise productive reaction when it is allowed to accumulate. Attempts are being made to determine how administratium can be controlled to prevent irreversible damage, but results to date have not been promising.
I've already told you more than I know.

Not very smart of you to insult the town council and mayor...and they do read this. All the efforts of Joyce Harris and other calendar girls are damaged by these wise-a** comments.

Call it as you may. You havent been there and done that. Until you do, please keep your uninformed opinion to youre self or PM me for details. I do not appreciate your "wise-a** remark either. We have been friends for a long time and I feel I have as much right to voice my opinion as much as anyone. I did not name anyone by name, if you wish to fill in the blanks, please do so. I have spent as much time and funds to try to see this effort through as I possible can. If my comment offends anyone, SORRY !

as for not naming names, you are arguing over semantics, a favorite refuge of the depleted argument. we all knew what you meant. you didn't need to name names did you? you made it quite clear.
Mayoress'? wonder who that might be on a website about San Pedro.
and you think i haven't been there and done that? i have been thru about everything at one time or another. i was just trying to give you a lil helpful hint. you may be the inexperienced one here.
and to call me uninformed is insulting and also not very smart. you are on a roll insulting folks. see what that gets you.
