since Otter is actually going to AC soon, will his membership application be accepted for review. And since PB is NOT, will his previous conditional membership acceptance be forfeited by default?

Accepted for review my ass! The plebe has not gotten the scrutiny that your's truly had to endure. I have thoroughly scoured the by-laws and have found nothing there-in pertaining to favoritism for those just showing up in SP. And I believe the Treas still has a few of my membership checks he hasn't cashed? Or accounted for?
Oversight anyone?

Denny - Just received the following from PB as he was unable, for some non-specified reason, to post:

Please scan and post the following:
1. Bank statements from the past 5 years.
2. Audited statements from the SP-ASC CPA firm of Dewey, Cheatem & Howe who serve dual functions as illegal counsel.
3. Notarized statement of YOUR membership application
4. Notarized statement from the BZ Sec'y of State validating YOUR election to office, as required by BZ Civil Code Sec. 9, Para 34, as amended randomly and without formal notice.
5. Copy of full payment to BB covering KLCs's upcoming expenses, a legitimate investigation into the alleged misdeeds of certain individuals charged with fiduciary responsibility. Any excess funds to be deposited upon departure at Caliente's into the hands of the elusive one.
Your usual procrastination and stonewaling not withstanding, expeditious handling would be in your best interests.

I thank you klc for submitting potential member PB's communique to me. You can rest assure I will read over it cautiously. As a result of his questionnaire, I will not be able to conduct any further membership details until I finish reading... it could take a long time.
