And it's really amazing how everything just kind of seems to come together once you get there! I think everyone is just trying to say don't overplan!

OK, my opinion. You are headed up north on golf carts. You want to stop and eat at the Sunset Grill before starting your trek. Correct? Sunset Grill has a little parking lot for the carts. Also, they are built out over the water so basically only one way in or out. It is quite open once you get in, so there shouldn't be any problem getting your luggage where you can see it while you eat. I would have to assume, due to the general attitude of accomodation just about everywhere, that they could find a spot to stack the luggage while you eat. I would suggest asking when you get there, and doing the bag drag yourself. Believe me, you will enjoy your stay. smile
