from corozal

http://www.ih2000.net/ira/navychart.gif

gives clear description on how to reach the Navy tracking graphic found at:

http://www.nlmoc.navy.mil/center/Tropical/wtnt01.gif

By Navy's latest tracking --

OK -- being as we are to the South of the Hit zone -- we get less "effect"

Still -- Dean is huge -- a real monster.

Winds of 34 to 50 knots will blow across one end of Belize to the other --

The Northern Cayes will get hit with winds of greater than 64 knots --

Corozal area -- 64 to 60 knots.

BK - -check it out and verify.

This based on the tracking staying as it is -- not coming more south -- or
not going more north.

Hi All. I've been watching the message board intently just like I have for Mitch and Keith, and am praying for friends and everyone on Ambergris Caye. I work for the UpLink Foundation. We've been coming to San Pedro for 13 years (I've been to the island 20+ times). We have a shipment and trip scheduled to bring needed school supplies to the children of San Pedro for the start of the school year. Dean will certainly change the nature of things on the island, but we are still planning (unless circumstances make it impossible) making our trip as planned. For those of you who care, check our www.uplinkfoundation.org We are deeply commited to Belize and the people of Ambergris Caye. Our prayers are with you.
