I don't know if they have power on Caye Caulker right now. Try putting a message in the Caye Caulker list on this message board and head it with something like 'INFO on Caye Caulker wanted'. If anyone can, I am sure they will respond as soon as possible.

Just talked to Dennis at Lighthouse Radio, he opened the door from the 3rd floor to check it out. The wind was too strong! He heard zinc fly and hit after he opened the door to look out, not sure where it came from. This is on the corner of middle street and tarpon street. He looked out the window and the football field by lagoon is taking on a lot of water.
