Team- I need your help from the US info now. Anything you pick up please post, so I can give the updates to friends and family via phone in Belize. In return I will post any updates they can share with us. They are literally in the dark, and I would like to keep them as updated as possible. I am checking all the channels and the web, but emotions seem to be taking over a bit. I have family, my dogs, one ready to deliver puppies, lots of friends, and I am not there! Appreciate any technical useful info to pass on.

just got on my knees to pray for the cayes and all of belize. somehow it made the vigil a tiny bit better. elbows out, everybody!

I'll tell you what is really wierd is that all the satellite stuff has almost a 3 HOUR GAP!...in other words watch the feed and I have looked at a lot of the different ones, and from UDT 3:45 it JUMPS to 6:15....with this one of the biggest storms in history, I'd like to find out tomorrow what happened to the 2.5 hours

I am chatting with someone in Sittee Point. She says its raining but thats about it.
Her dogs are freaking out as well. My babies are playing in the house with their baby sitter, they are usually fast asleep my now. Hmm... I wish I was there to comfort them.

My last phone calls were at 21:00 Bz Time. All was quiet at that time. Maya Centre buttoned down pretty tight. Dave with his whole bloody extended family (15 kids?!) in his 2 boarded-up houses in Sittee.

Dave is boarded up?? Wow!
I think our house is too.
