Weather Channel has upcoming coverage of BELIZE :))
They showed footage from the mainland and promise to put it on soon. I went through 561 photos on Yahoo and found none of hurricane Dean in Belize.

He is in Tres Cocos right on the beach in front of Sweet Basil's. He says that people are beginning to go back to their homes. I have no idea what San Pedrito looks like or San Mateo. But that small part of Tres Cocos is OK

Hey ya'll I am new to this board; I visited san Pedro a couple years ago for college, stayed at Marine Trec. We are planning our honeymoon and are staying at Journeys End we are set to arrive October 14th. Journeys End web page is down, and we are wondering if anyone has any information. My fiancée and I are Hurricane Katrina survivors we lived in New Orleans; our prayers are with all of you who are there and all the family members and friends elsewhere. Any information would be helpful

Thanks Pam. Good to hear Tres Cocos is okay, preliminary reports last night said water was high over the bridge. Glad to know the report.

As everyone gets out and about to survey damage could you keep an eye out for the Graniel-Azuetas, Casa Picasso Eagers, Beuttners, and Blue Water Aycock? Stephanie and Jim are hoping their safe along with various dogs, cats, birds, homes, restaurants, and employees.
