I had one of the best Papi's meals I've ever had at Papi's in November.

And Jane, I didn't say that they took the stairs down at Ramon's, though certainly there weren't any there. What I said was the swimming dock (the lower dock area) is completely gone and with it, the stairs into and out of the water.
