Everybody's right!!!! Raised chickens for years and sold farm-fresh eggs from free roaming chickens. Dark orange yolks! No preservatives or chemicals like store eggs you get in US, that by the way, are probably 6 weeks old by the time you buy them. Don't wash fresh eggs and no problems with them spoiling although I wouln't recommend leaving them out in the sun!!!! Also, fresh eggs are harder to hard boil, so cook them longer. Fry them at a lower temp than US eggs because whites are thicker and will get rubbery if cooked too fast.

Eggs are just like ketchup. Once their refriged, they should stay refriged. If not refriged, they don't haft be refriged.
