Okay - perhaps I need to get a life! I just marked my spot on the map and feel like Steve Martin in the movie "The Jerk" ..... I'm somebody!!!! My wife and I are moving from Washington DC to AC this summer and couldn't be more excited about this journey in life.

Can anyone tell me if I need to be a Belizian to obtain a captains lic. I have a place on SP and was thinking about buying a boat but only if I can get the Lic.
