perhaps the answer is someone who knows he'll get preferential treatment by the gov't, and basically have free reign to do as he pleases with no consequence?

There are quite a few subdivisions that lack road easements. In fact all of the subdivisions north of the cut may have roads within their subdivisions but if you line them up they don't all attach to one another.

I would think Belize law allows for prescriptive easements and easements of necessity.

What I read in the paper said that Alex Nunez, land owner of a portion of land that the Holy Cross school thought it was going to receive from the GOB has stated that he will consider selling the land to the school for no less than $1 million US.



In this weeks Ambergris Today there is a correction from RV attorney saying the # was 10 million not 1 million.
Now that is a typo!!!
