Anyone know anything about the Coral Pelicano house, just north

nice go by it everyday..sweet

And the roads are good all the way up to it. Also have nice neighbors. Extreemly quiet yet close to town.

It seemed to be occupied quite a bit during the last 6 weeks.

Can you bring a ice chest with foods such as steaks in it to San Pedro from the u.s.a., or would it be taken away at customs. Thank you. mik

With some of the freshest and best seafood in the world at your doorstep, not to mention excellent pork and chicken dishes, why would you want to?

It really isn't worth the trouble. They do not allow you to bring these items in and even with a permit for such they will give you a hassle. Shuffles is correct, lots of good food here and if you crave a steak there are several places that have good ones one the menu.

we have guests who, for-what-ever-reason bring a rolling cooler full of their food with them each visit. they have no problems at customs that they mention.
i have also brought a small colaspable cooler full of deli meat with no problem.
but as others said, you should eat what's available and save that steak for when you get home.

i used to bring in some meat, like 15 years ago. an ice chest with wheels. laughing at the memories. no way in the world i'd do that now. not worth the hassle.
