Can anyone enlighten me as to the status (open, closed, etc.) of White Sands Cove at this point? Thx, PK

How does this work? I thought some individuals actually owned units at White Sands? How can it entirely close?

Is it "entirely close[d]"?

Management/Owner conficts. As I understand it the management company is the only entity that can rent the condos, but if the owners pull their condos out of the rental pool then there is nothing to rent.
Result is closure. Too bad. We have stayed there several times and really enjoyed our stay.

I understand your concern phk123. That's doesn't tell you anything at all if you have a reservation. Do you?

The closest I've come so far to pulling the trigger on property was there, great second floor unit on the beach. The price was hard to believe. Maybe this is why. Nothing was mentioned about management/owner issues and this was not very long ago. Feel like I dodged a bullet. This forum is great for info. I hope things work out for you, phk123.
