Thanks everybody for the great advice! I will also be arriving in AC this weekend!

A great way to spend the day is by taking the Seaduced Catamaran Day Sail. You get to spend your day on a nice boat, snorkel the marine reserve and see Caye Caulker all in one shot!

I agree with Pedro. Steve is your man for fishing. My wife and I have used his guys twice and had a blast. Take you catch to Wild Mangos and have them cook it up. Yumm!!! Anyone else hungry?

I second the reccomendation for Omero, we have used him a couple of times now and he has been great....

Hard to understand why no one has mentioned "Estelles" for a great breakfast. You must do this at least once !

Take a day trip over to Jaguars Paw on the mainland and do the Cave Rafting/Tubing and the Zip lining. Wow, we had a blast! Also if you want to take a boat out to Halfmoon Caye and the North end of Lighthouse Caye, It is really wonderful. It helps to be a scuba diver, but it's not mandatory.
