I think it is Charlottetown that a friend of ours here in Kelowna is from - Mike Bentien and one of his sons lives there in PEI too - not sure but I think his name is Michael too. Mike's grandparents though are Kelowna pioneers and some of the streets around certain areas are named for them as well as some of the aunts in the family down in Lake Country - what used to be Winfield.

The other Bentien brother Rob was a dive master in the Caymans for 5 years. Likely would have been there same time as you MalibuStace.

His girlfriend Leanne (now wife) was there for a couple of years too - they've been back in Canada for about 3 years or so now, maybe 4. He is quite short - dark hair, she is a redhead. Kind of strawberry blond shade.

Hi Renski - my cousins are in Victoria - Deb and Gary Kirk (Deb is the cousin) and her sister Pam (husband Tom Middleton.

Pam used to be morning crew media with C-Fax years ago and Tom used to sing - at one time about 35 years ago he had a group called Jade - was the house band at a club called the Paint Cellar at the Empress - then he went solo - don't know if he sings anymore - he's been a posty for ages too. I know a few years ago he was singing either at Oak Bay or James Bay Marina - James Bay I think but not sure.

Both Deb and Gary worked for the Provincial Govt - Deb isn't anymore but I think Gary still is
