Cocobeach is a great place. Were just up the beach from there and take out lots of their guests diving and snorkeling everyday.
look for the giant dive flag!

I stopped by there when I was on the island last month and there were several people around the pool area using their laptops I assume their wifi is working. I also gotten eaten alive by mosquitos while the worlds slowest bartender prepared drinks for the pool bar and the one up stairs.
