If fingers are going to be pointed at a particular realtor it would be best to actual name that person rather than painting all agents with the same brush.

Oh my goodness! Real Estate again. My agent used to be Southwind Properties now merged with ReMax/Southwind. The owner/manager/developer of Southwind died in January. The new agents in charge assure me of a seamless paperwork thing but, believe it or not, if you were listing with the old Southwind, your paperwork never "seamlessly" went to ReMax.

However, the bones of the organiation are there. But, Herm Penland is not.

So, this thread is telling me that now that I am going through a sale of my Belizean property...I HAVE TO PAY THE GST. I paid it when I bought it. Really?

Okay, but only do that if you have proof because you need to be careful not to give a bad report about someone who does not deserve to have their business hurt by a negative post. But if there are real crooks or if there are those who are shady in their dealings then it is good if people are warned.
