They will have to stop at Journey's End . Doesn't look like they ever planned on a road thru there . FYI about a year ago I ran into a guy measuring on the road behind our place . He said that he was looking at where the road is now and where its supposed to be .So are there any obvious changes to the roads path.

The road goes right through the back of Journeys End, that situation changed a few years back, currently the road stops on the opposite side of Journeys End and goes to the beach.
Then goes to the back again just before the new Indigo place.
The stretch between Journeys End's North border and Indigo's South border is a problem, the land is soft and marshy at the back where the real road should be so all the traffic, trucks, golf carts , motorcycles and pedestrian traffic goes along the beach between the two hotels.
This will soon be a big issue with it being also the road to GBE.
Yesterday I counted 8 trucks and 3 jeeps at GBE. Destined to be the road to those thousands of lots it will be a travesty to have pass along the sandy beach.

So does this mean we can use a golf cart from Capt Morgan's into town without losing a kidney?

There are sections of the road (like in front of my place) that are like a speedway. Today a golf cart pulling a trailer hit the big rope put out by my neighbor so hard the trailer almost flipped over. The dust is terrible. I can hardly wait until it rains to see what will happen to the sections that are still dirt.

BTW - a BIG van with black window, no license plate and a sign that says PROTOCOL has been going up and down the road for the last three of four days.
