I see those dogs all the time with the same spanish guy walking them and always near Banyon Bay. I don't know who's dogs they are. I assumed they were the guy's I always see with them.

The dog I think you are looking for, belongs to some people that live at The Royal Palms, the young guy seen with the dogs just walks them for the owners. If I see him tomorrow I will ask for you.

The Spanish Guy is the local dog whisperer (He is unbelievably good too). I think he works for Katy @ Pampered Paws-Middle Street South--regardless Katy is the one to talk to about anything dog on the island.
