I guess Progress or Progre$$ is relative to ones thinking. Personally, I liked it 40 years ago when Peter Hancock's was the only house in Tres Cocos before there was a need for a bridge and people building there and then complaining about not having their privacy and having their fences and landscaping removed from a public rightaway. I wish the mangroves were still there that were removed by those building their houses wanting their "privacy".
Well said. I remember when Journeys End was the furthest resort North, no bridge just a pull ferry, used to go up North every sunday and sit on any beach you liked, have a bar-b-que and a few beers, now you cant even get to some of the beaches.
It is a shame but things cant stay the same for ever, some people on this island are only interested in protecting their personal income or investments.......Im sure a fence that had to be removed will not effect the rental of that property(I mean his peace and quite)
