Your comments seem to reveal a method to track the income to the BYC entity.
If you trace the BTB taxes for the property, which should be public record, you can then extrapolate the gross revenues for the time frames examined. Further, the monies are due and payable monthly, so the breakdown is already segmented for evaluation.
There is no need to sit back and wait for a report that is late in coming to you, take some proactive steps, enforce your contract with the help of the local court by demanding the income that has not been paid to you. If you are procedural in your invoice to the BYC entity, the documentation is difficult to ignore. Invoice the company with due diligence and when they default, sue them using the civil process.

You say TRACE BTB TAXES for the property?
Ha thats if they BYC submitted "proper taxes".
Like everything else lets suspect they do not have honest records. They mgmt.and staff are not able to tell the truth if it bit them in the face...Gov't - officials have been paid off
And they have close ties to Ministry officials that cover for them.
So they think they can push folks around forever.

Yes, you have made a point that begs to be raised. That is,if you can show that there has been ill intent and underreporting, then the larger entity of the BTB will activate, given that it is the proper thing for a Tourism Board to act upon, I am sure that Mr. Escalante would not resist a social visit to examine the detailed records, licensure, and full insurance coverage that is required for an operation under the purview of the BTB.

Better than ranting and raving, utilize the resources at hand, roll up your shirt sleeves, stop slinging mud, then get busy proving your position. The truth will ring out clearly under keen observation.

Very well said. BYC would be wise to heed to your words and save themselves from what has occurred at Reef Village. Leopards never change their spots and the same goes for soulless management.

Sergio, what a sack of . . . He says BYC owns 80% and the HOA are not the problem. Assuming that were even true, this then by Sergio's own account to the journalist, should really leave a very small percentage who haven't coughed up. So he cuts off BYC's nose to spite its face? What a crock, what a crock. What are he and Michael up to now? I've some ideas but only because his behaviour points me in that direction.

My friend reports to me that now Sergio Torres,!ike Singh have ordered the front entrance be locked. No home owner can get in or out the main entrance as it is key locked. They only unlock it for the few guest that stay at La Voile .
I am surprise the government lets these kinds of people do business and be in higher office...shame.. I am glad I do not own in Belize!
