unable to update pic of day for a bit. am at Chaa Creek and they appear to be blocking FTP ports so i cannot pass files to the server.... nor do the weather or the news....

These environments are kinda cool......In Alaska on a boat trip from Ketchican we were toured through a similar area where they claimed that a Rain Forest met the Glacier.....Separated by a river as we went through was absolutely humbling....

Hm...... could that photo be mislabeled ? Hatchet Caye - "only nine small huts" but a sea-wall, a truck and a car in the photo?

Actually it's the office for Hatchet Caye in Placencia (the office not the Caye) which is on the canal that runs up the back of town.
