Another very sweet picture!
Yestrrday, I meant to ask you about the kids on the Mayan Princess dock, with Amigos in the background . . .did you enhance any of the reds in that shot?

I added a slight sepia tone, boosted the red saturation, reduced the red luminescence.

Klcman, kiss my . . . .I understood completely until he got to the part about reducing luminescence. Though must admit can't see the sepia. Not that any of it matters since the actual answer to my question is "yes".

Saturation is a measure of how intense a colour is. Luminescnce is a measure of how bright the colour is.
I process my images in Adobe Lightroom and generally follow a basic stream unless an image speaks to me. The final product is a result of my mood (and what I'm drinking), time of day (late nights create more moody compositions) and the original composition. Sometimes I will select only one colour in an image to modify to fit my 'vision'.
