The Belize Times wants to make this a UDP sin. I'm not at all a fan of the UDP either but, the problem is bipartisan. Both sides are guilty of shady land deals and the problem is in the Lands Department. Dishonesty and corruption are everywhere, the Lands Department is just accommodating, regardless of you political affiliation.

If one has no morals one can make quite a good living in Belize with very little effort. One can also screw the wrong person and rue the day they were born...
