Valentino, Derrek, Will and Dale are not expats. I don't know Small World duo etc. but it might be helpful to the OP if you could help out with the artists you know of that perhaps others don't.

I would but don't know where they are playing. That's why I was hoping someone else would come forward. Perhaps I'll be able to remedy that in a couple of weeks.

Further, I know Derrick, Will and Dale are not ex-pats. Don't think I know William.

Actually Dale is a Canadian expat if you want to get picky. William plays with bass with Derrick.

Thanks Simon. I had no idea who William was and that's news about Dale. Mucho appreciation for the info.

Small World is at Canucks on Monday night, Legends (for the jam) on Tuesday night and Average Joe's on Saturday. Last winter, they were at Wayo's late Sunday afternoon until around 7:30. I think they have regular gigs at Bluewater Grill and (maybe) Fido's as well.

Well, that's interesting about William. Because I'd meant to type Valentino. laugh My apologies for the confusion.

Does Barrington still play on Thursdays at the chicken drop?

And thanks Hon for the info on Small World. It appears those two sure like to keep busy. Nice to see.

Lots of the musicians are locals. On Saturday afternoons at DJS there is live punta by two local brothers. They call them selves extacy and hypnotic. Also at DJ's on Sundays Melody man performs live reggae. Good stuff.

Thanks Judyann :-). The Mangrove Ryddim Brothers are back at Melt cafe for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, 9am-1pm and Man-At_Work also plays Wednesdays at Red Ginger for the dinner guests. Kill 2 birds with one stone and have a fantastic meal and hear some good music.
