When I was in San Pedro this past June, I met the new owners. They were a nice young couple and I believe his name was Chad. Larry was still around at that point doing some instruction but was leaving to move back to the states.

So, you don't trust any one named Hustlers? Maybe you should check through the "search" option and see that this is a very good outfit. Billy Leslie is highly respected here on the island.
Don't worry about too many divers on a boat. Right now worry that no one seems to have enough divers to pay to take a boat out.
One day last week word had it that there were less than 100 tourists on the island. There were days that even Amigos Del Mar didn't go out.

Thursday Aqua Divers took a boat to Turneffe with only six divers; four from San Pedro and two we picked up in Caye Caulker. That is pathetic - and looses money for the operator. I'm sure they did it as a "good-will" gesture.

I have been signed up to dive with Hustlers and Billy told me they would take me out Saturday even if it was only me. It was! Everett and I did two incredible dives and came up from the 2nd one just in time to get hit by a big storm. I don't know how those guys drive those boats in that stinging rain. I covered myself with a thick towel and it still hurt.

SO DIVERS - come on down and bring money - they need it here.

I will be there for 13 days in March with a friend of mine who is a part time divemaster in Okinawa, Japan making the trip specifically to take in the diving. We are a couple of gals there to dive! At least 10 days worth and even a night dive or two! We've read so much about the diving near AC that it is unfathomable to think that we would be there and couldn't get on a dive boat!

Yes I have fond memories of those days it was great fun.

Never wanted to get a replacement but had t have something so I have some rather likelike plastic ones scattered around my resort and I have fooled many a visitor who thinks they are real as we move them around while no-one watching :-)
