Seems a lot of Texas folk love Belize.

Since Dennis Wolfe wrote "Just Another Gringo In Belize" I thought it only proper to buy his CD by the same name. There are some wonderful other songs on there like "I Don't Drink Anymore." :p
But my favorite is "Third World Paradise." laugh

I ordered it Friday after reading this post. I'll have my first visit to AC in December and figure this will be a good way to set the mood. I've never heard the music before either though love country music and Texas!

Thanks for the link and the idea.

Hey boatgirl,

You're gonna love it!
I gurantee it!
Let us know what you think after you listen to it.
I'll bet you can't listen to it just once (like the Lays potato chip commercial - Can't eat just one)!
I think we have worn a groove in our CD on the Bathing Suits song.

Zeke! Sorry buddy, I've been out of town... but Floating Opera it is. Some written in Belize, some on Kent Island in MD. Hope you like it; if not for Jim Morris we would never have experienced Belize as we did, so that CD holds a MOST special place for me!!! Sitting outside at a little Tiki bar, eating fresh fish (caught that day by Jim, no less) and listening to him play later that night... well, there will probably never be a more serendipitous moment! I love all his stuff, AND, he plays some Jerry Jeff, too. Let me know how you like it!
