Favorite meal was blackened Snapper at Cochina Caramba down town on Middle Street.

Other favorites:

Estel's on the beach, best breakfast.

Caliente's,great fish,conch fritters,jalapeno poppers.

Casa Picasso,on the edge of town. Go Friday night when they have Shrimp Paella!! Great Martinis. Owners, Chris & Jennifer(Chef)have a great staff working there

Vendors & food booths at beach: Try it, great fillng food at a great price!

Try to catch a woman named China, "pronounced Cheenah" on the beach in the afternoons. She walks the beach and we saw her at Aqua Marina area around 4:00. She has the best homemade ceveiche, and shrimp cocktail. She provides a fork & tortilla chips. The absolute best!!

Everyone talks about where the locals eat. Can you give specific restaurants?

Our family favorites were for hubby and myself, Casa Piccaso. Our kids favorites were Mannelly ice cream and Master Lees. They also loved eating at PepperOni's. Master Lees was great chicken and fries for only 5 BZ.

Stained Glass Pub for gringo food.

Dianita's Take Out for pocket friendly local fare.

D.D.s Ice Box and Submarine Base for breakfasts, submarines, smoothies and ice cream.

Papi's Diner is good. Mickey's is good. The vendors in the park for late at night are good.

Bottom line is it's hard to go wrong.

How will we ever fit dining at all of the great restaurants in just one week?! Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions. I guess we will need to lose 10 lbs. just so that we can sample them all.
