Sunscreen, bug spray, a real good credit card, and cash. A healthy appetite, a good sense of humor, a decent bathing suit, cash, 2 reasonably clean t-shirts. Undergarmets are optional since they tend to overwhelm the local laundry facilities. Oh yeah, cash.

Shorts,Sunscreen, insect repelllant with deet,MONEY,bathing suits, flip flops, tennis shoes if going boating or water socks. If you snorkle you may want your own mask & fins but they can be rented also,MONEY,a sense of adventure and sense of humor & at last more MONEY. Do you have any idea of the types of activities you want to participate in if any? The parasailing is great so bring a one time use camera to take pictures with, that way if you drop it no big loss oh yes and MONEY. Actually you can spend alot or not alot depending on how heavy you drink and how many places you want to go. The side trips are nice but I really enjoy staying on the island especially if you are there for a short time say 5 to 10 days.

Also, I find packing a small flashlight very helpful on those evenings when you take the beach way home laugh

A couple of those really cheap little raincoats that come folded up small enough to hold in the palm of your hand. They can be nice to have in your purse if out walking on a day that there's a cloud burst.

Where are you staying? Probably do not need a beach towel unless you are staying at a real budget place. No long sleeves necessary at this timne of the year. Maybe a windbreaker type if anything.
