Hi everyone;
I am planning a long term stay in AC for at least a month at the end of May or sometime in June and I will be bringing my two grown daughters, one of their husbands and a 3 year old grandson. So there will be 4 adults and one child. I am not one of those Americans that has to stay at the best or most expensive lodging, however I do not want to stay at the worst either. I have been to Belize eight times now and know where I am going and what to expect. What I am looking for is a reasonable monthly rate for decent accomodations, a suite, a condo, a house, somewhere we can be comfortable for a month without spending all our vacation money on a place to stay! I also know that this time frame is the off season and I know there are plenty of empty rooms in San Pedro during the summer months, this is a perfect opportunity for someone to ensure they have at least one room or suite rented all month. Anyone willing to offer good rates or knowing of anyone that has this type of suitable accomodations please let me know either here or via e-mail at Denicelr@aol.com

Me, I just get an apartment in town for a couple of months through friends, but why not go to lodging search up above and check out the B Lease?

Also, as I understand it, all you have to do is talk to Tim at Banana Beach, and you guys will be all set up.

Yes I am looking into the Banana Beach Resort...but best to my reccolection it is a little further down the beach than I was hoping to stay....andI have contacted B-lease and haven't had a reply yet...posting here to try and work all my options...hoping that someone new someone that had "friends or connections where I could connect with that apartment in town for a couple of months...Holliday Hoolands I will check out your e-mail thanks for the help

Well, another thing you could do, if you don't get hooked up before you go, is get a hotel closer to town for a few days and then ask around when you first get there. You'll find something.

That's a good idea too Seashell. Although traveling with a 3 year old is going to be interesting enough I was hoping to try and keep it simple as far as the lodging. Banana Beach is looking promising. Also, Holliday Hollands I did not recieve the e-mail that you sent off if you would send it again I would be greatly appreciative. If you're willing to stay more on the south end try M&M rentals. We stayed at Casa De Lisa and loved it!

Monthly rentals...for 6 months.
Does anyone have any suggestions about rentals in Corozal Town or Sarteneja? Just me and my Golden Retiever and occassionals visits for relatives.
