most of the lobster here is grilled ,not steamed like a maine lobster from new england .it is a caribbean lobster ,very tasty, but no big claws and the meat is not as sweet. but still wonderful .I have had it prepared in sanpedro many ways ,grilled ,baked,and stuffed , fried in butter , even in a omelet in the morning,etc, etc ..but never steamed .but it might work??? I go to the stained glass pub marie does them stuffed with crabmeat,or grilled for me all the time .but I bring my own in as I go fishing almost every day when I am here . and I have bicho jr capt bicho's son dive for them for me ,as he is part fish... marie the owner /chef does a a nice job cooking them up.as well as soooo many of the fine ,restaurants here... way to numerous to mention... but all very good . if you like seafood ,your in the right place !!!!!enjoy .... ..
