I was actually thinking that it looked like a super size, 3 layer cake, probably chocolate, with a fluffy white boiled frosting (just like my mamma makes). Wouldn't be complete without that big ole Roman Candle smack dab in the center.

Might be that all the shoveling has me "seeing" carbs and sweets smile
