Your right, it will cost a lot of money which we all end up paying for in the long run. That is the system. You can curse it, criticize it, complain about it and postulate about it not being fare, but no one has come up with a better system as yet. I am much more content living in a society that has the rule of law and having to deal with all that comes with it, the Susanggs, law suits, etc. than not. smile
