I guess its like Pizza...Ny Style ,Chigago style, Greek style and they use Philly cheesesteak to discribe HOW it is made???? some chop the beef and use a creamy cheese and some shave and some slice etc.....anyway they are all good and it all becomes chopped in the end... smile

A nor-easter is suppose to blow thru Philly way I think on Monday and be gone on Wed. I don't like those types of storms...those are the white-out storms and why I moved South!
