How is Mr Pierce getting away with this?? I don;t understand. I mean I DO understand that laws in Belize are certainly nothing like ours in the states.BUT, how can you tell a buyer they will be right on the marina with their own dock, etc and then not have that happen??? Is he on the up and up? Because even if I could purchase a unit there, I don't know if I'd want to do any business with that guy...
