At this point we are still planning on visiting AC from Oct. 29 - Nov. 4. I have emailed both Gaz and the Paradise Villas to get some type of confirmations that we should come but I have not yet recieved a response. I know they are busy and I don't want to be a pest so I am kindof biding time right now. I read somewhere that Paradise Villas said folks should not plean on coming through the end of October, so I wonder if my Oct. 29 date is okay, too early, etc. If I don't hear something by tomorrow I may try calling the US offices. Yes, we are divers and are looking forward to diving but I certainly don't want to burden anyone. We are actually leaving here (Omaha)on Oct. 20 and will spend 3 nights at Caves Branch. I received an email from Tangie at Caves Branch this weekend saying that all was well there so I hope the recent rain has not changed that. Then we will go to San Ignacio for a night and on to Tikal for 2 nights. We have no reservations for this part of our trip. Oct. 26 - 29 we will be at Beaches and Dreams in Hopkins. I have received email from Sharon that all is well there. The only unknown is our time in San Pedro. I hope to find out about that soon since we leave in just 10 days. I'll keep you posted...we are also interested in property on the island. Maybe we can hook up and do some looking together? Take care, stay warm and keep the Kleenex close at hand!
