The meeting is on the 10th of October. People are expected to have gone over the EIA by then and formulated questions or objections. Then the public consultation is held where hopefully all questions will be addressed and you will hear the developer's response to concerns. Then you have a further 11 days in which to write up your comments and submit them to the DOE for consideration.
Some time thereafter the DOE will makes its decisions based on the public input and the input from all other relevant departments.
"Some time thereafter......." Days? Weeks? Months? Is the decision annouced to the media or just to the developer?
