If SB was approved as originally presented it makes a total mockery of the control process. I cannot see how any impartial overview of that project as presented could possibly approve it. I'm afraid this makes me angry - and quite disinclined to observe the law in future, when there is so clearly corruption at work. No wonder Jeff Pierce was so confident that he was ploughing a lot of money into it - he knew it would be "approved".

This will be an unmitigated disaster for Hol Chan, Ambergris Caye and residents south of town.
