A question for local residents?

Has there EVER been a local politician who has had the issue of trash pick up, separation and recycling as a part of their platform?

If so, how was that received by the voters?

Same sort of question for property taxes to be retained and used within the district of the Taxing authority?

It's rarely rocket science, it's usually just math: then again if you can't do the math.......
