Is there no mechanism for the San Pedro township to assess, collect and administer taxes without Belmopan appropriating an unreasonably high share?

Tourism is the Golden Goose for Belize's economy and without some basic municipal services, the desirability of the island as a tourism destination will decline

It's rarely rocket science, it's usually just math: then again if you can't do the math.......
