Mrs. O. got her passport in 2003 and it had her last name misspelled. TSA has never said anything, it was the ticket kiosk that catches the issue and an agent comes over to rubber stamp the discrepancy by 1 letter. been looking for an excuse to lay into here on this -- here we go....
