Not everyone lives like on the show. I pulled my son off of it the 1st season.
Princess? Seriously? Because I shriek at the thought of some green Jurassic monster inside my home?
Surely some of you must have been a little shocked upon seeing this your first time. Or was everyone just raised there from childhood?
Immediately running through my mind is:

Is there some way of keeping them out?
Do they bite?
Are they poisonous?
What if your dog gets a hold of one? Will it harm them?
I do not believe this is an unreasonable response to seeing this thing.
