As I stated in the first post in the thread, I am trading the beef, not eating it down there. Beef in exchange for fishing trips.

The guy that owns the fishing business likes good steak, I love to fish, so it's a win/win. On a side note, we love the food down there and that's all we will be eating.

The only problem is, I have yet to get an email back from the BAHA explaining what I need to do to make it happen. smile
