rockfish R	The fuel surcharge is a non government surcharge imposed by the airlines and hidden in the taxes. Usually will show as "CO YQ surcharge" in the taxes. They're some fares right now from Philly that show the CO YQ surcharge as a $240 tax on top of the other taxes. You need really check some of the low fares. The flight might show as $400 not including taxes, but with taxes more like $700.
