How does this compare to tropical climates where retirement communities are springing up like wildflowers and labor is cheaper? Maybe the closing of courses in the states is another part of the trends toward the tropics? How would we like to be the people that bought on one of those lovely golf courses (at extremely high prices) way back when; only to end up here where our home is now worth much less? And your green spaces are turning brown? Is that the future of this course too?
