You can try the San Pedro office (501 226 4441). You just sign up for it. That works for us regular customers of Belikin. I'm not sure how a private party would work.
We use it all the time and they have never failed to come set it up and take it down within the hours requested (so we don't wake up the hotel guests).

Belkin's new manager in the SP office has done a great job so far for me anyway.
