The law is the law; however, it negatively affects local businesses and inconveniences tourists, not just by banning alcohol sales for a period of time. It impacts vacationing tourists as to dining and access to some grocery stores. It seems like a referendem to the people would resolve whether or not it's time to change the law. First time Easter tourists are not going to have it together enough to know to have to prepare to cook and clean, etc. and/or load up on belikin and wine or whatever all the while trying to relax and actually enjoy time off from their busy hustle bustle lives at home. Returning visitors may find it too much not-so-fun as well and may choose to go someplace where they can chill without having to do all of the planning around the law.
